1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to AirTok ("the App"). The App is developed and operated by DEXUAN LI ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Service Description

AirTok is a local network file transfer tool that provides the following core features:

• Transferring files, photos, videos, and text between devices on the same local network
• Cross-platform Live Photo / Motion Photo transfer and restoration
• Automatic discovery of other AirTok devices on the same network
• TLS encrypted transfers and device trust management

The App does not require an internet connection (except for version update checks). All transfers are completed within the local network.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
• Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or otherwise make the App available to third parties
• Remove or alter any copyright notices, trademarks, or other intellectual property markings in the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms

4. User Responsibility

When using the App, you agree to:

• Take full responsibility for all content transferred through the App
• Not use the App to transfer illegal, infringing, obscene, defamatory, or malicious content
• Not use the App to infringe upon the intellectual property rights or other legal rights of others
• Not use the App for unauthorized data acquisition or malicious attacks
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your country or region

5. Intellectual Property

The name "AirTok", the app icon, user interface design, program code, and related documentation are our intellectual property, protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties.

No part of the above may be reproduced, distributed, or used in any manner without our prior written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Transfer speed, reliability, or availability

We do not warrant that the App:

• Will operate uninterrupted or error-free
• Will be compatible with all devices or operating system versions
• Will transfer files completely intact (though we provide optional integrity verification)

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App
• Data loss, file corruption, or transfer failures
• Service interruptions caused by network conditions, device compatibility, or third-party factors
• Any legal consequences arising from users transferring illegal content

8. App Updates

We may release updates from time to time to fix issues, improve features, or enhance security. Updates may be delivered through app stores or via in-app notifications. We recommend keeping the App up to date for the best experience.

9. Termination

You may terminate the license granted under these Terms at any time by uninstalling the App. If you violate any provision of these Terms, your license will automatically terminate. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the App.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent court in the developer's jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modified terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Significant changes will be communicated via in-app announcements.

12. General Provisions

• If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
• Our failure to exercise any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the App.
